THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so bad, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The construction is cheap, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I imagined I'd acquired something decent instead. S
